For front line workers and key workers: from week commencing the 27th of April I am offering telephone / facetime/email one to one emotional support during these difficult times , and this will be at a discount price. Therefore, if you work in the NHS or are a key worker, please contact me for further information . I am unable to offer any face to face appointments.

For all my existing clients, I can still offer telephone/ facetime/ or email one to one emotional support.

Hi, my name is Lisa and I have been a practising qualified counsellor in Scunthorpe/ Gainsborough/ Brigg and surroundings areas for the past nine years. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I come from a person centred theoretical background, however, at times I work integrated. although, the main emphasis being that you develop a deeper understanding of self which enables you to build confidence and self esteem. This can be achieved either through individual counselling or with couples and families who are having relationship difficulties. 'Time Out' therapy focuses on warmth and relational depth in the therapy process and adheres to BACP's ethical framework for good practice. (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) which I am a registered member of.

I work on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period depending on the individuals needs. Once the Government and the BACP say that it is safe to work face to face, then I will have availability Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday daytimes between 10:00 am - 3pm. I also have limited daytime appointments ( Tuesday / Thursday ) furthermore, I do have room for flexibility too.

    My practice is within easy reach of Scunthorpe, Brigg, Grimsby, Gainsborough, Lincoln, Hull and throughout Lincolnshire and Yorkshire
