'Time Out' therapy focuses on warmth and relational depth in the counselling process and adheres closely to BACP's ethical framework for good practice. (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

    Costs for one to one counselling: £25 per hour.

    Costs for supervision: £30 per hour
