'Time Out' is committed to providing compassionate counselling for Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Lincoln, Hull, Barton on Humber and Grimsby for the emotional & mental well-being of all people in the community. ABOUT COUNSELLING in simple terms...  To be really listened to and understood without feeling judged, and to be accepted with whatever issues you may bring, enables you to work through any issues you may have towards a happier, more fufilled sense of self. To have a safe and private environment to air your innermost thoughts and feelings and to know that what is said is private and confidential. (as long as there is no intent to harm self or others)

'Time Out' therapy focuses on warmth and relational depth in the counselling process and adheres closely to BACP's ethical framework for good practice. (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

    ANGER MANAGEMENT WORKSHOPS

    Do you control your anger... or does your anger control you?


    Anger is a normal reaction to feeling threatened but when it gets out of control it can lead to problems in our relationships, our work and our day to day life. This workshop shows you how to understand and control anger.
